- This fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth. Ordinarily, it commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowed funds for investment purposes) to equity securities or other financial instruments. These investments are either components of the Russell 2000® Index or are issued by companies with market capitalizations comparable to those within that index.
