No. Your subscription is tied to your email address and is recognized automatically. If you see a free account after signing in, you likely used a different email — contact us and we’ll fix it.

Passwords don’t transfer to the new platform, so you’ll choose a new one when you create your account. Same email, new password. Heads up: the verification code arrives from workos-mail.com — that’s our sign-in provider, not spam.
