(the "Company") (NASDAQ: "TCBS"), the holding company of Broadstreet Bank, SSB, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on each outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on or about September 22, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 8, 2026.
